Launch your Rosecoin Wallet

Copy rosecoin.conf to "$HOME/Library/Application Support/RoseCoin/"

Launch your Rosecoin Wallet

Windows

Copy rosecoin to home folder/rosecoin

Launch your Rosecoin Wallet

You can also launch the Wallet configuration and paste the contents from rosecoin.conf
